Synopsis:
Congo Bill's plane is forced down over the Atlantic Ocean by pirates. Their leader is Jake Wardell, a black market dealer and fugitive. Also on board Bill's plane is plastic surgeon Dr. Forbes. The crooks want Forbes to alter Wardell's features, so he is not recognized. Bill tries to stop the crooks, but is caught. Wardell forces Forbes to operate on Bill, but the doctor fakes the operation. Bill then attacks Wardell and his men, forcing them to surrender after a fire breaks out.
