Synopsis:
Vigilante prevents the Slasher and his gang from robbing Nick the Gambler in the streets. The Slasher gets away, during the fight, so Vigilante questions Nick. He explains that the crooks were trying to steal his money, but he already spent it on a magic tiger skin that grants wishes.

Vigilante decides to follow Nick and is present when the Slasher strikes again. Vigilante is knocked out this time and tied up. Nick uses his wish to save Vigilante and his nephew from their burning house. The Slasher is beaten, and the magic skin is lost in the fire.
