Synopsis:
Explorer Jack Randall is murdered, but he has hidden the location of a treasure from his killer. The killer travels to New York in search of the treasure map, hidden inside a drum. Visiting the shop where the drum is being sold, Congo Bill's suspicion is aroused. He locates the killer and his assistant, learning their scheme. Finally, he retrieves the map and captures the crooks.
