Synopsis:
Stuff helps a clock-maker, Mr. Minute, repair several large clocks around town. He doesn't realize that Mr. Minute is planted explosives. When the clock-maker learns that Stuff is friends with the Vigilante, he give Stuff two watches rigged to poison Vig and his partner.

Stuff finds a poison needle in his watch and warns Vigilante before it kills him. Together they track down Mr. Minute, who is in the process of several robberies timed to coincide with the clock bombs and tricks. Vigilante finally rounds up the crook and his henchmen, turning them over to the police.
