Synopsis:
Years ago Jim Giles sunk a passenger liner carrying a shipment of diamonds. Now years later he has returned to sea to recover the diamonds. Seeking an expert diver, Giles kidnaps Terry Sloane and forces him to dive after the jewels. Underwater, Terry taps into a transatlantic cable and summons authorities. He then boards the ship as Mr. Terrific and defeats Giles. When the authorities arrive they take Giles into custody and recover the lost diamonds.
