A group of anarchists led by Sontag Henya have taken control of the Atlantean government. Wonder Woman convinces the people that Henya's group is corrupt, so the people reinstate Octavia as their elected leader.
Henya and her followers seek revenge against Wonder Woman. By binding her bracelets, they are able to take her prisoner. Steve Trevor and Etta Candy arrive at the last minute to save Wonder Woman and help her defeat her opponents.
