This story is said to take place in 1967.

Synopsis:
Colonel Tommy Tomorrow leads an expedition to the moon in search of uranium. Tommy helps build a lunar base and sets up a mining operation. The base is threatened by a meteor shower, but Tommy uses meteor sweepers to deflect the bombardment. A strange blue plague also affects his men. Fortunately, the miners discover an alien capsule which reveals common salt is the cure. Following his successful mission Tommy returns to Earth.
