Synopsis:
The Justice League members move into their new embassies around the world. Martian Manhunter, Mr. Miracle and Captain Atom establish the New York embassy. They discover that the building is poorly constructed. J'onn falls through the stairs, Captain Atom fries the security systems, and Mr. Miracle crashes their new transport ship through the roof of the building.
At the Soviet embassy, Batman has difficulty convincing the Russian guards to allow Guy Gardner access to the facility. Guy is still considered an enemy of the state. Rocket Red #7 is forced to intervene. While the Soviet super-hero talks to the guards, Batman introduces himself to the embassy chief and reveals that he has discovered listening devices planted all over the building.
In Paris, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle skip out on work and hit the city. Booster approaches a beautiful woman and is slapped. When they return to the embassy, Beetle can't stop laughing. When the new embassy chief Catherine Cobert arrives, Booster is shocked to discover that she is the woman who slapped him. This also prompts Beetle to renew his laughter.
After the embassies have been established the team gets their first mission in Bonn, Germany.
