Synopsis:
As hostilities increase between Earth and the Trobad Empire, the wealthy Vorban family is temporarily stranded behind enemy lines. They are rescued by their robot butler, but the government wants to make sure that none of the family was brain-washed while in enemy territory.

Star Hawkins and Ilda are sent to check on the family. Ilda falls in love with Ugo the robot butler. However, the aliens have placed a control tube in the robot. When Ugo becomes hot for Ilda, the tube allows the aliens to control him. The Torbads order Ugo to destroy a military facility, but Star and Ilda stop him before he can accomplish his mission. The detective and his secretary are given medals for their efforts, but Ilda's love affair with Ugo comes to an end.
