Comments:
This story continues in Doom Patrol #16.

Synopsis:
Arani's probes and computer searches finally pay off when she tracks Niles Caulder to Washington. She gathers the team together in preparation to find the Chief. Valentina, who has been a spy on the team, warns the Chief, but he already knew that Arani was coming.

Meanwhile, General Immortus sends a team to break Sven Larsen out of prison. The Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man and General Immortus combine their efforts and defeat the Doom Patrol in Washington. This brings the Chief out of hiding.
