Synopsis:
Colonel Steve Trevor, an army whistleblower, has been assigned to fly a mission for General Kohler, a corrupt leader that Steve has accused of misconduct. Trevor, along with his co-pilot Captain Slade, take their plane into the area that leads to Paradise Island. Once they penetrate Athena's protective cloud barrier, Slade reveals himself as an agent of Ares and attempts to kill Steve.
Meanwhile, Diana has won the Amazon contest and receives a gift from the gods, a magic lasso of truth. Hermes then guides her to Aeropagus where she is given an amulet by Harmonia that will guide her to Ares and possibly allow him to be defeated. Wonder Woman then returns to Paradise Island in time to stop Steve's plane from dropping a nuke on the island.
Wonder Woman rescues Steve from the ocean and brings him to the island for medical attention. Athena then announces that the time has come for Diana to enter the Man's World. Guided by Hermes, Diana carries Steve back home where his friends Etta Candy, General Hilary, and Colonel Michaelis have discovered Kohler's dead body.
