Synopsis:
Travis Morgan and Shakira enter a marketplace to buy horses which will carry them to Shamballah. Morgan sees a girl in trouble and comes to her rescue. He kills some potential assassins, then the girl runs away. Morgan follows her only to find her in the clutches of a demon. He kills it, but is wounded during the fight.

The Warlord passes out from his wounds. The girl, Karelle, cares for him while he is haunted by nightmares from his past. When he recovers enough to rise, the girl is gone. He hears a scream and responds to it. Deimos has taken the girl. The sight of his old foe throws the Warlord into a berserker rage. He hacks Deimos into pieces. Although he succeeds in rescuing Karelle, she has now seen his fury and wants nothing to do with him.
