Synopsis:
After rescuing Tefe's soul from Nergal, Swamp Thing tries to find a way to put her back into her body. He seeks out John Constantine who offers up a contact in Metropolis for help. Swamp Thing returns to Houma where the shaman has returned to renew his warning. He suggests that Swamp Thing seek out a magic fountain to help Tefe.

Elsewhere, several denizens of Nergal's domain have returned to walk the Earth. Matango is among them. He begins gathering others and making himself their leader.
