Synopsis:
Superman meets Ronal on the shoreline to create a memorial for Lori Lemaris. Superman tells Ronal how he met Lori in college and fell in love with her. He eventually discovered the secret that she was a mermaid searching for Atlantis. Due to their biological differences, they could never be together.
Shortly after becoming Superman, Clark met Aquaman who shared the secret location of Atlantis. When Clark went to tell Lori, a mad fisherman stabbed her. Superman rushed her to a doctor in Atlantis who saved her life. Lori and the doctor, Ronal, fell in love. Superman never saw Lori again. She was then killed years later while defending Atlantis.
When Superman finishes his meeting with Ronal, the Kents search for Lana Lang who has been missing for three days. When they check inside her house, they are shot by a mysterious assailant.
