Synopsis:
Billy and Dudley return to Dudley's apartment in San Francisco. Billy hears the news about the stolen airplane and wants to report what he knows. He visits Emily Thickert, the station manager at K-WHZ to tell his story. She doesn't believe him and calls the Sivana's to take Billy.
Billy becomes Captain Marvel and returns to the subway tunnel to find Shazam. He meets the wizard's ghost who tells Billy the origin of Black Adam. Captain Marvel deduces that Sivana's machines pulled the villain from the dimension where he was exiled.
Captain Marvel heads for Sivana's home where he confronts the scientist. Black Adam interrupts and starts a fight. The two super-powered men are evenly matched, but Sivana knocks out Captain Marvel with a weapon he planned to use against Black Adam.
