Synopsis:
Professor Snakelocks has created a new robot called the Sizzler with energy siphoned from the Aurora Borealis. He then stages an attack on a train carrying movie stars in order to attack the attention of the Metal Men. The robots arrive to deal with the professor's expendible robots, while the Sizzler watches from above. The Sizzler then bathes the Metal Men and Doc Magnus in radiation.
The radiation changes the Metal Men into humans and turns Doc into a robot. Doc is then able to defeat Snakelocks's other robots. Tina is pleased to be human, but Doc is still not interested in her. The Sizzler abandons Snakelocks, then infiltrates Doc's lab. This robot too is in love with Doc, who flees from the female affections. The Sizzler then turns the Metal Men back into robots.
