Synopsis:
After defeating Byth, Hawkman discovers that Deron Ved has recovered and is fleeing the Hyathis Complex. He discovers Ved's command ship and overhears a radio transmission directing a Thanagaran fleet to launch a nuclear assault on Earth. Hawkwoman then arrives and suggests contacting help to stop the fleet. Once the signal is sent, Hawkman and Hawkwoman track down and eventually capture Ved. As the battle finishes help arrives in the form of Superman.
