Comments:
This story is continued from Hawk and Dove #8 and takes place concurrently with Adventures of Superman #463. The race between Superman and the Flash is briefly shown.

Synopsis:
Kyle's aunt Ruth is a fugitive, but she wants to meet her nephew's fiancee. She tries to arrange a meeting with Kyle by holding Ren, Hank, and Dawn at gunpoint. However, Ren is the target of Copperhead, who is out to get her because she was a witness to murder. Hawk and Dove battle Copperhead, while Ruth helps Ren escape. Once Copperhead is defeated, Dawn decides to let Ruth go free.
