Synopsis:
Ollie has been unable to produce evidence against the gangs running drugs along the west coast. He believes that there are leads to be found in a Tong gambling house in Anchorage, so he takes a ferry north to Alaska.
Meanwhile, Dinah meets with Rita Librado, a former junkie who had crashed through the flower shop window months earlier. Rita is now clean and working at a car wash where her boss fired her. She tells Dinah that the boss is involved in a stolen car ring. Dinah follows him only to have her own car stolen.
Aboard the ferry, Ollie spots Dinah's stolen car and finds that it has been loaded with drugs.
