Synopsis:
Following an attempted attack on witness Annie Green, police raid the home of Al Muncie. They find nothing, but Green Arrow is convinced he was responsible. He eventually deduces that Muncie wore chain mail armor under his clothes to protect him from Ollie's arrow. Green Arrow then helps police locate a secret tunnel under the house which was used during prohibition to smuggle in alcohol. Muncie used the tunnel to get out of the house unseen.
Muncie then kidnaps Lisa, the daughter of Lt. Cameron. Annie leads Ollie to the location where Muncie took his child victims. Ollie wounds the killer and rescues Lisa. Annie tries to shoot Muncie, but he escapes. Ollie follows him back to the house where he locks himself inside the tunnel. However, Ollie has already broken the beer kegs under the house causing Muncie to drown in beer.
