The Black Arrow Saga, Part 4
This story is continued from Green Arrow #37.
Synopsis:
Fyres and Green Arrow meet in Ollie's underground hideout. They both realize that they were set up to take the fall. Instead of killing each other, then join forces. Green Arrow breaks into the apartments of the government agent who set them up. He makes himself a target for a sniper, whom Shado kills after he exposes himself. Ollie is wearing a kevlar vest which saves his life. The government plot to frame him is then exposed.
Afterwards, Fyres delivers Reggie Mandell to Ollie. Green Arrow is unable to kill the man who tortured him, so Fyres does it for him.
