Synopsis:
Oliver Queen is arrested for sabotage. He is accused of planting explosives which disabled a Navy vessel in the Panama Canal. Ollie was set up by Eddie Fyres and believed he was planting a tracking device. Ollie is questioned by the FBI, DEA, and CIA, but he refuses to cooperate. Ollie is then moved to a military lockup. Fyres disables the transport vehicle and frees Ollie. Meanwhile, Dinah contacts Shado for help.
