History:
A highly skilled team of professional mercenaries outfitted with the latest in high-tech equipment, the Demolition Team will take on any assignment if the price is right. Though nothing is known of the background of the various Demolition Team members or how they first joined forces, the membership as of this writing includes: Rosie, leader of the group, a tough-talking New Orleans bar owner who wields a gun capable of firing red-hot rivets; Scoopshovel, a top-level Jai Alai player from San Diego whose hydraulic power-arm can uproot almost anything; Jackhammer, a heavyset Houston oil wildcatter who wields a devastating version of his namesake; Steamroller, a Chicago stunt-cyclist who rides a compact vehicle capable of flattening entire buildings; and Hardhat, a punch-drunk New York boxer whose power-packed helmet and harness turn him into a living juggernaut.

Hired by Congressman Jason Block to destroy the Los Angeles branch of Ferris Aircraft as part of a family vendetta, the Demolition Team came into conflict with the mysterious figure known only as the Predator, who defeated the five single-handedly. At this writing, all five members of the team are behind bars, awaiting trial.
