Synopsis:
Robotman pursues a crook whose body appears to be made of rubber. The Rubberman gets away, so Robotman makes inquiries at the circus. His investigation leads him to the fire-eater and eventually the crook. Robotman and Robbie get their man this time, apprehending Rubberman and his gang.
