Synopsis:
Robbie searches the neighborhood for a group of children who are tying cans to the tails of local dogs. He finds one of the kids, then witnesses the boy get kidnapped by crooks. Robbie follows the crooks to a coffee factory, but is unable to stop the crooks. He manages to leave Robotman a message inside a tin can tied to another dog's tail. Robotman comes to the rescue and apprehends the crooks.
