Synopsis:
Several members of the Teen Titans have taken up residence in the town of Fairfield. The Titans begin exhibiting unusual behavior including racism, sexism, and brutality. When Lilith watches a news program featuring Clark Kent, she transmits an ESP message to him causing him to investigate.
Superman arrives in Fairfield and questions the Titans. They claim to be fine, but he notices their odd behavior. Further investigation leads him to a cave on the edge of town with an alien computer inside. The computer conjures up a dragon to fight Superman. While the battle rages, the townspeople including the Titans become more agitated. Superman eventually breaks through and smashes the computer. Once he does, the Titans return to normal.
Afterwards, Superman explains to the team that the computer absorbed the thoughts of Richard Handley, a bigot conservative. The computer then influenced the residents using the thoughts as a blueprint.
