Synopsis:
When Wally West spots two bank robbers, he uses his ring to release his costume. However, the ring is loaded with knockout gas. Wally regains consciousness and realizes that he must have accidentally switched rings with his lab partner at school. Using a spare costume, Kid Flash tries to find George Simpson before his uses the ring and finds out Wally's secret identity.

Kid Flash tracks George to a seedy neighborhood in the company of two criminals. The thugs take George to their boss. George pretends that he wants to join the gang, but he really intends to use the knockout gas in his ring to capture them. When the ring releases the Kid Flash costume instead of the gas, everyone is surprised. Kid Flash then goes into action and stops the gang. George thinks the gas from his ring simply leaked out, and the Kid Flash planted the costume to distract the crooks. Kid Flash then takes his ring back from George with his identity safely kept secret.
