Synopsis:
When a group of guardsmen leave for training gangsters try to kill them with an intentional landslide. Charles Tracy, one of the guardsmen, saves the group by diverting their trucks just in time. However, Tracy's sister Diana contacts Mr. America because she believes her brother is in trouble.

Mr. America learns that Charles was in debt to Big Rocky. The crooks forced Charles to lead the guardsmen into the ambush, but Tracy backed out and saved the troops at the last minute. The Reed, Rocky's boss, makes another attempt to sabotage the guardsmen, but Mr. America stops them. He then rescues Bob Daley who was being held hostage.
