Synopsis:
A saboteur called the Spider is responsible for an underground explosion that kills many people. Mr. America investigates the source of the explosion, but is captured by two members of the Spider's gang. He is tied up and sent to die, but fortunately Bob Daley rescues him. Mr. America then locates the crooks as they try to poison the water supply. After stopping their activities, he turns them over to the authorities.
