Synopsis:
Mr. America investigates the destruction of a munitions factory. He discovers men who were watching the explosion, but they are killed before he can question them. Suspecting sabotage, Mr. America attempts to warn the owner of another factory. Harben, the owner seems unconcerned.

Mr. America follows Harben and witnesses him kill a saboteur. Further investigation reveals that Harben hired the men to blow up his rival's plant. Now the men, led by Billz the foreman, are planning to destroy Harben's plant. Mr. America stops a bomb from detonating, saving the factory. Harben and the saboteurs are arrested, and the plant is turned over to the government.
