Synopsis:
Rex Tyler is contacted by Miss Drew, the daughter of a kidnapped scientist. Rex agrees to help locate Dr. Drew as the Hourman. He tracks the crooks to their hide-out where the scientist is held captive. However, he is caught before he can complete the rescue. The crooks also kidnap Drew's daughter to force him to cooperate. Hourman recovers before his hour of power runs out. He then apprehends the crooks and rescues the scientist and his daughter.
