Synopsis:
Rex "Tick-Tock" Tyler places an ad for his services in the newspaper and responds to a request for help from Mary Kennedy, whose husband has joined a gang. Rex learns that Kennedy plans to steal the Van Shelton pearls at a party later that night, so he stakes out the party as Hourman.

When Kennedy and the thieves strike, Hourman uses his Miraclo drug to give himself enhanced abilities for one hour. He trails the crooks to the hideout, recovers the jewels, and scares Kennedy into going straight.
