This story is continued from Captain Atom #26 and continues in Captain Atom #28.

Synopsis:
Captain Atom reveals his true origins to three members of the Justice League. He then receives a video tape from Henry Yarrow who claims to be in trouble. Mister Miracle and Booster Gold track down Yarrow, while Captain Atom and Blue Beetle go after the Cambodian who is selling weapons technology to foreign governments. Miracle and Booster arrive too late and find a disfigured body which they believe to be Yarrow. Bolt is suspected of the murder. Captain Atom and Beetle defeat the Cambodian and his associates, but the mysterious leader of the conspiracy which framed Nathaniel Adam helps the Cambodian to escape.
