Synopsis:
When Plastic Man gets invited to the Greater Metropolitan Super-Hero World-Saving and Chowder Society, Woozy Winks feels left out. On the way to the bank, Woozy is recruited by the cult of Ramalama and travels to California. Plastic Man follows and tries to save his friend. The cult stages a series of concerts on the fault line in California. The continuous dancing causes the fault line to give way. Plastic Man with the help of Atlantean wizard Arion VI is able to stop the earthquake and save the people.
