Synopsis:
Lex Luthor and the Joker team-up and become business partners in what appears to be a legitimate operation. Superman and Batman suspect otherwise and investigate.
The two villains have created Mechano-Men, robots with incredible strength. The crooks have set up tests all over town to test the robots and make fools of Superman and Batman at the same time. Superman tries to go undercover to expose the criminals, but he is discovered.
The robots are demonstrated at a exhibition while the heroes look on. Luthor and the Joker are miles away however, in their place are Mechano-Men. The crooks begin their big crime, but Superman and Batman arrive to stop them. The heroes had made robots of themselves as well and sent the replacements to the exhibition. With their scheme exposed Luthor and the Joker are sent to prison.
