"The Quest Part I"

Synopsis:
Following the abduction of their son Joshua, Travis Morgan and Tara begin a quest to find him. Their first stop is the witch woman Saaba, who promises to use her magic to locate the boy in exchange for the Eye of Shakakhan. The Warlord and Tara enter the jungle in search of the eye. Tara is captured by barbarians who intend to sacrifice her to their god, a giant wooden statue. Morgan rescues her and drives off the barbarians.

The Eye is embedded in the statue, but when Morgan tries to pull it out, the statue comes to life. Tara stabs the foot of the statue with a knife, then throws hot coals on it which set the statue aflame. Once they get away, Warlord and Tara return to Saaba who uses the Eye to focus her spell. She sees Deimos at the edge of the world. The sorcerer intends to raise Joshua as his own and in doing so make him the instrument of the Warlord's downfall.

With knowledge in hand, Morgan and Tara depart. On the way out the Warlord shoots and destroys the Eye to prevent Saaba from using its power for evil.
