Synopsis:
Following their escape from New Atlantis, Travis Morgan and Krystovar sail to the port of Bakwele. They trade their ship for provisions and set out across the terrain for Shamballah. As they draw near to the city, they make camp for the night. A strange bird watches them. When they fall asleep, a witchfire surrounds them. The adventurers escape the blaze, then complete their journey to Shamballah.

At the gate to the city, Morgan is denied entry by the guards. They are following the queen's orders, but one of them secretly admits Morgan through one of the towers. Morgan reaches Tara's chambers. She is expecting his arrival. She is still upset that Morgan left, but their love brings them back together.
