Synopsis:
While working for the Red Cross, Mary James is asked to delivery a package for Mr. Bradley. She instead gives the package to Al Pratt to mail. When a horse accidentally breaks open the packaging, Al sees there is stolen radium inside.

Al returns to the Red Cross center as the Atom. He exposes the radium thieves, but they escape. He and Mary follow them to where they are receiving another package. This time the Atom captures them and turns them over to police.
