Synopsis:
Al Pratt learns that his classmate Tommy is involved with gamblers. He follows Tommy and discovers that Tommy owes a large sum of money. The gamblers want Tommy to hold his fraternity's initiation party on the street near a jewelry store. They plan to rob the store and blame the frat boys. The Atom defeats the gamblers and shows Tommy that their games were fixed. Al Pratt is then initiated into the fraternity.
