Synopsis:
Melancholy Mike, Willie the Wag, and Ralph the Rook dream of a way to decoy Batman away from their crimes. They make a bet with Penguin, so the Fowl Felon draws attention away from them. Their first crime succeeds since it coincides with the Penguin's. When they strike again, Batman and Robin split up. Batman tracks down Penguin, but Robin is defeated by the trio of thugs.

Penguin escapes from Batman and deduces that he was double-crossed. He sets his own trap for the trio, sending Batman to stop them. Meanwhile Robin escapes from captivity and defeats the Penguin by himself.
