Synopsis:
Several criminals including Skid Russell and Beefy meet offshore to discuss the problem of Superman. Nearby, a volcanic eruption causes the formation of an island. The group land of the island naming it Island X and claiming it for their own. They soon invite other criminals to join them on the island.

When the criminals arrive, a dispute over leadership arises. The crooks agree that whoever kills Superman will be elected king. Fifty methods of execution are laid out. One by one the crooks try and fail to kill Superman. The last attempt is for Superman to die of a broken heart, so the crooks kidnap Lois and try to murder her. Superman stops them, then informs the crooks that he filmed their attempted murders, so they would be convicted of their crimes.
