Synopsis:
A group of sideshow freaks buy a dime museum and set up a show. Lois Lane covers the story for the Daily Planet. When she learns that the performers have contracted the measles and are under quarantine, she offers to get the help of Superman. Lois enlists the Man of Steel to keep the show running. Carnival barker Charley Carson and promoter Henry Hulbert want the show to fail, so that they can buy the property. Carson makes bold claims, which Hulbert will claim are frauds, and the police will shut down the show. However, Superman makes Carson's claims reality. He then exposes the scheme to shut down the sideshow. When Carson and Hulbert also contract the measles, Superman turns them over to the sideshow freaks to enact their own brand of justice.
