Synopsis:
A pretty blond gets Johnny to assist her in retrieving a domino mask from a safe. The mask belongs to gangsters who are out to rob another gangster of a stolen sapphire. The blond is Black Canary, who is out to steal the sapphire herself. Johnny prevents the robbery with the help of his Thunderbolt and captures all the gangsters. However, the Black Canary gets away from the lovestruck Johnny.
