Synopsis:
Lois Lane and Clark Kent are sent to Christmastown to cover the annual Christmas Eve festivities. A flood has swept through the valley, so Lois and Clark split up. Clark switches to Superman and builds an ark for the people of Christmastown to use since the town is underwater. Unfortunately Danny Osborne, the man expected to play Santa Claus is missing.

Farther upstream Lois helps relief workers fight the flood. She meets a man with amnesia who was struck by a floating log. Sensing a story, she stays close to the man. When the ark floats by, the man remembers that he is Danny Osborne. He is then reunited with his grandfather who has filled in as Santa Claus. Lois and Clark both return with the same story and share the headline.
