Synopsis:
When Aquaman answers the call of the Coast Guard he learns that a reward has been posted for his whale friend Black Beauty. Captain Neil Verne has accused the whale of attempting to sink his ship. Aquaman is forced to lead the posse to locate the whale despite his suspicions that Verne is a notorious smuggler. When Aquaman finds the whale, he realizes that Verne is lying, so he protects it from harm as the seamen try to kill it. Aquaman then exposes Verne's smuggling operation when he proves that the whale swallowed a stolen million dollar brooch. Verne wanted the whale killed in order to retrieve it.
