Synopsis:
Captain Tommy Preston rescues the captain of a wrecked vessel. He witness a pirate, Captain Dirk, escaping toward an island. After the rescue Tommy tries to point out the island to the other captain, but the island is gone. The captain blames Tommy for sinking his ship. When the case goes to trial, the only other witness to see the island has disappeared.

Tommy's father asks Aquaman for help. He finds the island, which is submersible. Aquaman brings the island to the surface and rescues the witness, who has been held prisoner by Captain Dirk. Aquaman apprehends the pirate and returns with the witness in time to clear Tommy.
