Synopsis:
Mrs. Jibbet visits the police station following the arrest of Roscoe T. Rooney. She vouches for him and agrees to be responsible for him. Roscoe gets a job delivering groceries, but he wants a desk job. Scribbly takes him to the newspaper office where he gets Roscoe a job cleaning under desks.
