Synopsis:
Scribbly encounters Roscoe T. Rooney on the streets during the Christmas season. He tells Roscoe that his mother didn't want the stolen flowers that Roscoe gifted to her. Roscoe then sets out to earn money for Christmas presents honestly. To achieve this he knocks out a sidewalk Santa Claus and takes his place. Women donate money to him for charity, which Roscoe then uses to buy gifts for Scribbly and his brother. The police catch Roscoe sneaking out the window after delivering the presents. Later, Roscoe calls from jail asking to be bailed out.
