Synopsis:
Following the safe return of the company payroll, Mr. Barlowe seeks to capitalize on the honesty of Roscoe Rooney. Scribbly draws Roscoe as Abe Lincoln. Barlowe then has Roscoe dress as honest Abe for publicity photos and sends him to Hollywood for a screen test.
