Synopsis:
Jimmy believes that he has been exposed to a radioactive atomic pile. He leaves town because he is deadly to everyone. Superman finds Jimmy in a cave. Jimmy asks his pal to take care of some evidence in the Daily Planet safe and also wants to know Superman’s secret identity. Superman tells him he is Clark Kent.

Outside the cave, Superman is revealed to be Barney Bolton, a criminal. The hoax and Jimmy’s phony radiation was designed to get the evidence from the safe. When Bolton gets to the Planet, Jimmy and the real Superman are waiting for him. Jimmy didn’t believe Clark was Superman, so he caught on to the hoax.
